Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform SI analysis to understand requirements, data sources, and expected outputs.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to derive insights and support reporting.
• Develop and maintain reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Create and refine data visualizations to communicate trends, performance, and key metrics.
• Support business intelligence activities by preparing datasets and assisting with dashboard/report updates.

Skills Required:

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, and BI
• Strong experience in business intelligence and reporting.
• Expertise in data analysis using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business/reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
