Description

You will own the development and modernization of enterprise BI dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Databricks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and paginated reports using Power BI and Power BI Report Builder.
• Design data models using Medallion Architecture and manage Databricks clusters, optimizations, and DLT pipelines.
• Write advanced SQL queries for complex data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Lead reporting modernization initiatives, validating and reconciling data between legacy systems and modern platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, support UAT, and resolve data discrepancies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including executive dashboards and operational reports.
• 5+ years of experience with Databricks, cloud analytics platforms, and enterprise data warehouse environments.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced SQL, PySpark, and data modeling.
• 5+ years of experience supporting report conversion or modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience validating report data and troubleshooting root causes of discrepancies.
• 5+ years of experience working with large, complex enterprise datasets across functional areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• Current industry-recognized certification (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Databricks Certified Data Analyst, or Azure Data Fundamentals).
