Description

Develop and maintain report processes using the Odyssey case management solution. Own the lifecycle of report requests from requirement gathering to fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Determine report requirements and create query specifications.
• Test, format, and document report outputs and verification results.
• Update departmental documentation for new and existing reports.
• Manage ad-hoc data queries and emergency request fulfillment.
• Follow installation processes and change management procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MS SQL Server, including writing and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server Report Builder 2012.
• Experience with Visual Studio, C#, and .NET.
• Ability to transmit and reconstruct XML and SQL.
• Experience with testing and verification of reports.
• Demonstrated database and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform complex analyses of data interdependencies and relationships.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and implementing processes and procedures.
• Ability to quickly evaluate, learn, and prototype new technologies.
