Description

You will build and maintain business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between business units and IT to design and maintain data storage and reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical data project specifications.
• Synthesize and transform data from various sources into uniform formats for analysis.
• Develop efficient algorithms and queries to clean, process, and automate data workflows.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate patterns, trends, and insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft reporting and analytics tools, including Azure Dataverse, SQL Server, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong experience using Excel for statistical methods and analytical tasks.
• Ability to develop repeatable, scalable data automation and analytic solutions within an IT framework.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
