Description

• 7+ years of Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analytics experience.
• Expertise developing executive dashboards and operational scorecards.
• Hands-on experience with one or more BI platforms:
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • Qlik
  • Looker
• Advanced SQL development skills.
• Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and reporting repositories.
• Strong understanding of KPI development, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
• Strong data analysis, visualization, and storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Power BI experience (preferred).
• Experience reporting on infrastructure, cloud, monitoring, and observability environments.
• Familiarity with:
  • ScienceLogic
  • Splunk
  • ServiceNow ITOM
  • AWS
  • GCP
  • VMware
• Experience with data modeling and semantic layer development.
• Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and advanced visualization techniques.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, IT Operations, or Observability programs
