Description

Own the development of executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and reporting repositories to translate complex technical data into meaningful business insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and operational scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from enterprise data warehouses.
• Design semantic layers and data models, leveraging DAX and Power Query for complex calculations.
• Define and track KPIs and performance metrics to support digital transformation and IT operations.
• Present data-driven storytelling and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Hands-on expertise with BI platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Advanced SQL development skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of KPI development, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in data modeling, semantic layer development, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
• Ability to translate complex technical data into meaningful business insights.

Preferred Skills

• Strong Power BI experience.
• Reporting on infrastructure, cloud, monitoring, and observability environments (ScienceLogic, Splunk, ServiceNow ITOM, AWS, GCP, VMware).
• Experience supporting digital transformation, IT Operations, or Observability programs.
