Drive business analysis and model design within regulated financial environments, focusing on loan servicing workflows and cross-functional integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business models for regulated financial settings.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end loan servicing workflows, including onboarding, payment processing, and arrears management.
• Collaborate with platform teams to integrate Core systems, Portals, RPA, and AML screening tools.
• Visualize and document complex business structures and data flows.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis.
• Experience in banking or premium finance environments.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN, Blueworks).
• Working knowledge of GDPR, AML, and CDD regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with Core System, Portals, and RPA technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to document complex business logic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
• Background in regulated financial environments.
