Description

You will act as a strategic partner to the Senior Vice President and Country Head, driving operational excellence and aligning strategic initiatives within the digital infrastructure and technology organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company business plan by identifying risks, troubleshooting operational issues, and driving proactive action.
• Manage the implementation of long-term strategic plans, providing frameworks for decision-making and progress tracking.
• Lead confidential projects, internal assessments, and consulting arrangements as directed by the SVP/CH.
• Oversee the Maximus India budget and participate in quarterly and annual strategic and financial review cycles.
• Manage a team of direct reports and serve as a communication liaison between leadership and the wider organization.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional experience with a history of increasing responsibility in technology-focused roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated expertise in program integration and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong operational efficiency and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet strict deadlines.
