This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement business operations procedures in a technical or data and analytics environment.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure fiscal accountability.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to handle fluid demands and shifting priorities.
• Support the execution of business operations best practices across the organization.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of direct experience in business operations analysis or project management.
• 4+ years understanding business operations and procedures in a technical or data and analytics environment.
• 2+ years experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• 2+ years experience in budget management.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
