You will manage and support core wireless order management systems in a 24x7 production environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for order capture, orchestration, provisioning, billing, and downstream integrations.
• Monitor system health, APIs, queues, and batch processes to ensure platform uptime and stability.
• Lead incident management bridges, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to resolve system defects.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational dashboards for incident response and SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in telecom production support, BizOps, or IT operations.
• Deep knowledge of the wireless order lifecycle, including provisioning, activation, and billing.
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience using monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations, logs, and message queues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• ITIL certification or telecom-domain certifications.
