Description

You will support the Service Delivery team in managing procurement, logistics, and finance processes for ICT and Green Energy projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support IT equipment procurement through need analysis, RFQs, evaluation, and delivery.
• Coordinate global equipment shipments and third-party provider logistics.
• Prepare financial analysis for cost recovery, reconciliation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Assist with client-facing project management and process implementation.
• Draft and update unit documentation, including instructions and templates.

Required Skills

• Experience or academic focus in Business Management.
• Understanding of HR processes and recruitment support.
• Foundational knowledge of operations and logistics.
• Ability to perform financial analysis and data consolidation.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting documentation.
• Capacity to assist with project management tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience assisting in intern recruitment, outreach campaigns, and onboarding training.
• Ability to gather, consolidate, and analyze data from various databases and reports.
