Description

You will support the Service Delivery team in managing procurement, logistics, and finance processes for ICT and Green Energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement of IT equipment through need analysis, requests for quotation, evaluation, and delivery.
• Assist with global equipment shipments and coordination with third-party providers.
• Prepare financial analysis for cost recovery, reconciliation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Contribute to project management for client-facing delivery and process implementation.
• Draft and update unit documentation, including instructions and templates for service delivery procedures.
• Assist in intern recruitment, outreach campaigns, and onboarding training.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from various databases and reports.

Required Skills

• Experience or academic focus in Business Management.
• Understanding of HR processes and recruitment support.
• Foundational knowledge of operations and logistics.
• Ability to perform financial analysis and data consolidation.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting documentation and templates.
