You will manage production support, reliability operations, and infrastructure stability for business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute disaster recovery activities and maintain BCP/DR expertise.
• Manage vulnerability management functions across the infrastructure.
• Automate workflows using CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools.
• Support production environments using Unix foundations and ITSM practices.
• Maintain DNS and switch functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or production support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Chef Habitat.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or PCF.
• Programming proficiency in Python or Groovy.
• Strong Unix foundations.
• Knowledge of ITSM practices and BCP/DR protocols.
• Understanding of DNS and switch functions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vulnerability management.
