Description

You will automate operational processes and provide second-level support for cloud-based products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute and automate operational processes to optimize Cloud Service Operations.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and technical escalations from Customer Support.
• Maintain IT documentation and participate in IT compliance activities.
• Conduct daily infrastructure checks to ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Manage escalated issues and resolve IT requests within defined SLAs.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support.
• 2+ years of experience with Linux scripting and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to read and understand complex shell and Java scripts.
• Proficiency with SQL and Big Query.
• Experience with Jenkins.
• Usage of Atlassian tooling including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Datadog.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk.
• Background in Operations, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or Consulting.
