Description

Act as the payroll subject matter expert across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through application support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders during requirement gathering, design, development, and user acceptance testing.
• Communicate with business and third-party stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Provide application support and leverage payroll expertise for global implementations.
• Travel within the US and Canada as required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Information Technology experience specializing in Global Payroll implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes.
• Accounting and finance expertise.
• Experience with Oracle Service Contracts, Receivables, EBTax, and Payables.
• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent (relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree).
• Must hold US Citizenship or Permanent Residency; sponsorship is not available.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Global Tax Rollouts, Vertex Integrations, EY DigiPay, and SAP Globalview Payroll.
• Expertise in Oracle General Ledger modules.
• Background in Program Management, Change Management, and global delivery environments.
