Description

You will lead a technical team focused on automation, AI, and enterprise platform management. You own the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, and Microsoft Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator for the enterprise Adobe management platform and Adobe Sign.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for developers and administrators.
• Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Coordinate monthly Communities of Practice and conduct agency outreach and research.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Automation Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Box and Adobe Sign automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Richmond, Virginia, at least 3 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
