Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of enterprise implementations from initial requirements gathering through to post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Execute requirements gathering, design, and testing phases for enterprise-scale projects.
• Manage implementation and provide post-implementation support to ensure system stability.
• Administer and maintain CRM systems to support business operations.
• Troubleshoot and trace system issues by reading Java code.
• Deliver training to end-users on new system functionalities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Model N Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of Model N modules based on OOB configurations.
• Extensive experience in CRM system administration and maintenance.
• Ability to read and debug Java code.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience managing enterprise-level implementations.
