Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-based solutions, bridging business strategy and technical implementation across Quote-to-Revenue processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis to align business goals with technical delivery.
• Design and document user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, breaking down complex requirements into executable backlogs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions adhering to Salesforce platform guidelines and industry best practices.
• Develop test plans, conduct system integration testing, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality.
• Track project status using Jira, monitor risks, and report progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and similar IT systems.
• Deep knowledge of CPQ, Billing, CLM, and ERP systems, including product business rules.
• Strong understanding of industry sales processes: Opportunity management, quoting, contract management, pricing, discounts, and order management.
• Experience identifying impacts on downstream processes such as invoicing, provisioning, and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and Agile methodology.
• Understanding of relational databases, ETL tools, and system integration.
• SME level knowledge of SDLC principles, SOX compliance, and IT general/application controls.
• Ability to support and train users to drive Salesforce adoption.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Experience participating in industry trade associations or technical working groups.
