Responsibilities

• Document complex data flows and business processes using specialized software.
• Produce technical writing and documentation for process improvements.
• Create data visualizations to communicate process insights.
• Manage project requirements and process engineering workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer.
• Proficiency with process documentation software such as Visio.
• Experience with data visualization techniques.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Ability to map and document data flows.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analysis Certification or CAPM accreditation.
• Professional certifications related to data visualization.
• Experience working within K12 education or government sectors.
