Description

You will analyze and automate business processes to improve reliability and reduce operational costs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate meetings with business leaders to document as-is and to-be process flows and elicit requirements.
  • Conduct reviews of current business processes against best practices to identify necessary system changes.
  • Create and execute test plans and test scripts under the direction of the Quality Assurance team.
  • Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define project scope and perform project management duties during planning phases.
  • Lead project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in business process analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience using the Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • 3 or more years of expertise in Financial Management, Asset Management, or Request Management.
  • Experience with SAP projects or Enterprise Business Solutions.
  • Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
