Description

Analyze and optimize business workflows to improve organizational efficiency through process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map and model business processes using BPMN and visual modeling tools.
• Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and workflow design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions to gather requirements and document business needs.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with business process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN.
• Understanding of business analysis methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to use project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
