Description

You will analyze and document core business processes to align with HR strategy, defining KPIs and validating operational alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify and describe business outcomes and associated processes.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each capability.
• Validate process alignment with overall HR strategy and operations.
• Conduct working sessions with process owners and subject matter experts.
• Document detailed Level 3 capabilities, processes, and outcomes.

Required Skills

• Mandatory HR background.
• Mandatory Workday experience.
• Experience documenting and formalizing benefits, compensation, and development processes.
• Proven experience defining KPIs and measurement methodologies.
• Familiarity with HR Strategy and Operations.
• Experience capturing and summarizing findings for leadership review.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Any Graduate education.
