Description

Analyze and automate business processes to increase reliability and reduce operational costs. You will own the documentation, testing, and coordination of enterprise system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with business leaders to document as-is and to-be process flows and elicit technical requirements.
• Conduct reviews of current business processes against best practices to identify necessary system or process changes.
• Create and execute test plans and test scripts under the direction of the Quality Assurance team to ensure improvements meet stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define project scope and perform project management duties during planning and requirement gathering phases.
• Lead project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of related experience in business process analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping.
• Experience using the Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of expertise in Financial Management, Asset Management, or Request Management.
• Experience with SAP projects or Enterprise Business Solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
