You will lead functional transformation initiatives by identifying process improvements and designing efficient workflows across cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery workshops to define project objectives and customer journeys.
• Create detailed process documentation using flow maps, DILO, VSM, and Time and Motion analysis.
• Design swim-lane process views to clarify service ownership, responsibilities, and third-party hand-offs.
• Identify capacity and throughput constraints to design solutions that eliminate redundancies.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of solutions and provide post-implementation value-creation reporting.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in business process analysis and organizational excellence.
• Expertise in designing end-to-end business process flows using BPMN.
• Proficiency in creating swim-lane process maps with SIPOC, RACI, and cycle time visibility.
• Practical application of Six Sigma DMAIC, PDCA, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with BPM modeling tools such as Visio, BlueWorks, Adonis, or Celonis.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex problem-solving.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including OSI Model, routing, switching, subnetting, and network topologies.
• Familiarity with WLAN, VLAN, and SDWAN.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Managed Networks or the Telecom industry.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, IP, PIP, TCP, and network configurations.
