You will own the analysis and documentation of complex business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Document future-state business processes using Microsoft Visio and Word.
• Identify process gaps and propose enhancements.
• Manage requirements gathering and analysis for enterprise projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Word.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with year-end and month-end financial close processes.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-year tenure in previous analytical roles.
