Description

Design and maintain business process models to support drug development and quality functions.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed process models by analyzing SME interviews, technical documentation, and existing Visio or SIPOC maps.
• Facilitate workshops and fact-finding interviews to gather and synthesize complex information.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project lifecycle activities.
• Author technical documentation and SOPs to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across business functions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in process modeling and business analysis.
• Expertise in process mapping and translating live workshop discussions into consistent process flows.
• Deep knowledge of the drug development process, from early research through post-marketing.
• Experience advising business functions on compliance requirements, risk minimization, and mitigation.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and influence programs without direct authority.
• Strong technical writing skills for authoring SOPs and complex documentation.
• Experience managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Advanced analytical skills for assessing complex information and its quality implications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Signavio or other process management systems.
• Background in BPM methodologies.
