You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of transactional member communications and large-scale print fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current and proposed business processes to perform gap analysis and translate needs into detailed requirement and specification documents.
- Manage the review and approval workflow for transactional member-facing communications involving business SMEs, legal, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Document current and future state process flows and lead teams to align on "to-be" process maps.
- Execute end-to-end UAT by collecting test files, performing proofreading, and reporting on quality standards.
- Coordinate with print vendors to support large-scale mass mailing and print production requirements.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Proven experience facilitating and documenting requirements, including process flows, use cases, and business requirement documents.
- Experience with mass mailing, print production, or large-scale print fulfillment.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Word and basic Excel for data file analysis.
- Ability to manage content management and transactional outbound communication workflows.
- Experience with UAT, including proofreading and output verification.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Lead or Project Lead.
