Description

You will redesign business structures and workflows by integrating Generative AI to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current state processes using time and motion studies to document bottlenecks, redundancies, and resource allocations.
• Map detailed workflows and decision points, applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to re-imagine roles and optimize output.
• Research and evaluate GenAI technologies, including Gemini, OpenAI, ChatGPT, and Claude, to identify and integrate high-impact use cases.
• Develop ROI models and business cases to quantify productivity gains and secure funding for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to build visionary future-state processes and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, or re-engineering.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and their practical business applications.
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Expertise in business process mapping and writing system process specifications.
• Strong functional understanding of software systems and fundamental knowledge of software coding.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and work across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine solutions for software and hardware system issues.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for providing constructive feedback during organizational restructuring.
