• Experience driving process improvement and workflow automation
• Experience designing efficient workflows using ServiceNow capabilities
• Experience training customers on user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, and knowledge transfer
• Experience collaborating with ServiceNow product teams to improve platform solutions
• Experience maintaining ServiceNow workflow certifications
• Experience independently managing customer projects and complex issues
• Experience leveraging AI to optimize workflows and customer solutions
• Understanding of AI system design, ethical AI considerations, and responsible AI adoption
