Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes through structured probing with stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement using data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to uncover process improvement opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to implement organizational changes and enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process consulting or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying workflow inefficiencies.
• Experience with data architecture.
• Proven ability to facilitate change within an organization.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to perform structured probing with stakeholders to assess current processes.

• Degree in any field.
