Optimize organizational workflows and bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis, value stream mapping, and current state process mapping to identify solutions for business challenges.
• Compile business data using sales and marketing domain knowledge to evaluate organizational structures and operating models.
• Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during workshops with key sponsors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Develop objectives and plans to drive specific business outcomes and product adoption metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process consulting or related roles.
• Expertise in value stream mapping and current/to-be process modeling.
• Experience performing gap analysis and business process re-engineering.
• Ability to compile and analyze business data specifically for sales and marketing teams.
• Proven track record of leading stakeholder workshops and managing sponsor relationships.
• Experience working alongside data scientists to define business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
