Responsibilities

• Identify processes for improvement, document current states, and design new workflows to bridge functional gaps.
• Develop process performance measures and execute transition plans for new process implementations.
• Conduct continuous reviews of existing processes to ensure they meet changing business unit conditions.
• Provide leadership and counsel on the future use of technology and business process improvements.
• Execute strategic planning, tactical implementation, and business systems requirements definition.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in process management or business systems analysis.
• Expertise in Process Engineering.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Strong background in project management.
• Ability to define and document complex business systems requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
