Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement areas.
• Implement PeopleSoft solutions to streamline workflows.
• Support business process redesign and documentation.
• Provide consulting expertise on PeopleSoft functional or technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business process consulting.
• Deep functional or technical expertise in PeopleSoft.
• Ability to redesign and document business processes.
• Strong analytical skills for process optimization.
• Degree from any graduate program.
