Description

You will partner with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while optimizing HR workflows using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) best practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria and maintain product backlogs.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and business process discussions.
• Create functional specifications, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect validation, and solution acceptance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience working with ServiceNow HR Portal, Employee Center, or Employee Service Portal.
• Strong ability to write Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and employee service workflows.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• Familiarity with HR Case Management and Employee Center Pro.
