Description

You will analyze, design, and optimize business processes within Salesforce and SAP environments to improve efficiency and user experience.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes on Salesforce and SAP platforms to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Document current state workflows, configurations, and architectural strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop and implement architectural strategies and actionable implementation plans aligned with business goals.
• Provide recommendations for technology adoption and integration, including the evaluation of emerging technologies.
• Deliver training sessions and create visual representations of architectural concepts for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business process consulting.
• Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce platforms.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP platforms.
• Experience conducting process analysis and designing optimized workflows.
• Ability to review existing architecture to develop strategic plans and assessment reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Salesforce certification.
• SAP certification.
