Own data management functions, mentor data stewards, and design business workflows to meet stakeholder goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new Data Stewards during onboarding and establish Data Management functions.
• Design new processes by listening to stakeholders and building workflows to meet specified goals.
• Define data quality rules and manage data dictionary functions.
• Gather and document business use cases and requirements.
• Build professional relationships to influence successful project outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Management or Data Governance.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Requirements gathering and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in process design and improvement.
• Direct experience defining data quality rules and supporting data dictionaries.
• Proven ability to interview diverse personalities and build professional relationships.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience standing up new Data Quality and Dictionary management functions.
