Description

You will design business processes, define data quality rules, and drive data governance initiatives as a Process Engineer and Business Systems Analyst.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design new processes by gathering stakeholder input to meet defined goals.
• Define data quality rules and collect business use cases.
• Support and maintain the enterprise data dictionary.
• Document business requirements and technical processes.
• Mentor new Data Stewards during onboarding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Management or Data Governance.
• 5+ years of experience standing up new Data Quality functions.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Dictionary management.
• 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in process design and improvement.
• Proven ability to interview stakeholders and build professional relationships.
• Direct experience with Data Governance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
