Description

Own the design, documentation, and improvement of business processes and data governance frameworks while mentoring Data Stewards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design new processes by gathering stakeholder requirements and defining clear business use cases.
• Define data quality rules and maintain the data dictionary to support governance goals.
• Mentor new Data Stewards during onboarding and guide their adherence to governance standards.
• Interview stakeholders to collect business requirements and document them effectively.
• Build professional relationships to influence project outcomes and drive process adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Management or Data Governance.
• 5+ years of experience establishing Data Quality (DQ) and Dictionary management functions.
• 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in process design and continuous improvement.
• 5+ years of experience building relationships and influencing cross-functional outcomes.
• Proven ability to document business use cases and support data governance frameworks.
• Experience in Data Stewardship and onboarding processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

• Any Graduate degree.
