Description

You will analyze and optimize Human Resources processes to improve efficiency and digital communication across the agency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of existing HR processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
• Perform gap analysis on operational workflows to streamline internal documentation and standardize systems.
• Track re-engineering performance against KPIs and growth metrics in coordination with executive leadership.
• Develop training plans and conduct change management exercises for impacted stakeholders and end-users.
• Recommend enhancements to HRIS and present detailed findings to the Steering Committee and agency leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Engineer, Senior Business Analyst, or HR Consultant.
• Experience analyzing business and technical processes specifically for Human Resources transactions.
• Proven track record of collaborating with enterprise-wide, cross-functional teams.
• Experience analyzing the functionality of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Knowledge of Human Resources Management workflows and methodologies.
• Expertise in Business Analyst functions within a large-scale organizational structure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Computer Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with local, state, or federal government agencies.
