You will lead process optimization initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to identify process improvements and map Value Stream Maps (VSM).
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and refine business workflows.
• Support finance-focused process transformations.
• Train team members on the job to implement new process standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management.
• Expertise in Six Sigma methodologies, including VSM.
• Strong background in Finance processes.
• Experience conducting professional workshops and hands-on training.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working within SAP environments.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP finance modules.
