Description

You will lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing, modeling, and enhancing business processes to increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes using SAP Signavio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop detailed process models.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with IT and functional leads on the integration of ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Conduct workshops and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to promote process ownership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process management, process architecture, or IT-related process management roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio or comparable BPM platforms such as Bizagi or IBM BPM.
• Proven ability to design and implement processes aligned with ERP systems.
• Experience with Architect-level process design and BPM methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle environments.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in BPM, Six Sigma, or Lean.
• Experience with data analytics tools for process performance management.
