Description

You will design and maintain business and technical process models to drive project delivery and secure stakeholder sign-off.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop current and future state business and technical process models based on established standards.
• Translate business process models and rules into functional and technical requirements.
• Partner with SMEs to scope projects and ensure process requirements are accurately translated into technical designs and test suites.
• Review deliverables to ensure adherence to divisional standards and enhance existing modeling practices.
• Coordinate program and project management updates for the process team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process modeling.
• Proven ability to secure sign-offs from Product Owners, Technology heads, Risk & Compliance, and senior leadership.
• Experience translating complex business rules into technical requirements and functional designs.
• Ability to summarize and present complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Strong relationship management skills to influence tactical and strategic decisions with business partners.
• Experience working closely with business architecture and development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to own problems from identification through to resolution.
