Description

You will split your focus between requirements gathering for upcoming IT projects and developing reference material to align business, technical, and PMO teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document clear, unambiguous, and testable business requirements from clients.
• Examine existing and future-state business processes, data, and systems to guide system functionality.
• Develop and maintain the project backlog within an Agile framework, working with the Product Owner to set priorities.
• Create content and reference materials for Business Analysts, QA roles, and SMEs using existing templates.
• Provide training, shadowing, and coaching to BA and QA roles to ensure process cohesion.
• Manage Azure DevOps backlog, user stories, and work progress cards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX architects, DBAs, developers, and QA testers to ensure requirements meet scalability and functionality needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process reengineering or business analysis.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for managing backlogs and project artifacts.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in Quality Assurance processes.
• Ability to facilitate requirement gathering meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Competency in Visio and Figma.
• Proven track record in process improvement within Agile environments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in training, teaching, or coaching technical and non-technical staff.
