Description

You will gather business requirements, manage Agile backlogs in Azure DevOps, and align technical teams through process reengineering and coaching.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document clear, testable business requirements from clients.
• Examine existing and future-state processes to guide system functionality.
• Manage Azure DevOps backlogs, user stories, and work progress cards.
• Create reference materials and provide training/coaching for BA and QA roles.
• Collaborate with UI/UX architects, DBAs, and developers to ensure scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process reengineering or business analysis.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog and artifact management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Competency in Visio and Figma.
• Experience in Quality Assurance processes.
• Ability to facilitate requirement gathering with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in training, teaching, or coaching technical and non-technical staff.
