You will develop tools and services that automate key processes in CoE Service Delivery, focusing on CALM for Service and AI Assistance for Max Attention.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and ensure the quality of product features for SAP service delivery scaling.
• Transform service innovations into reusable, productized solutions.
• Analyze and resolve complex software issues across service models like MaxAttention and Enterprise Support.
• Apply Agile and DevOps principles to drive continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build future-proof solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of solid programming experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with DevOps practices and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Experience with automated testing and quality assurance processes.
