Key Responsibilities

• Align product initiatives with overall business strategy and translate objectives into actionable development initiatives
• Break down product initiatives into manageable work items for development teams
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Software Engineers, QA teams, and Scrum Masters
• Prepare detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and UI guides
• Manage scope and maintenance of standard integration connectors
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate effective decision-making and roadmap definition
• Gather, document, validate, and prioritize new product requirements
• Support product owners in prioritizing product and release backlogs
• Assist with product documentation, training materials, and release notes
• Stay current with industry trends and market developments

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of sell-side participants: brokers, dealers, prime services, and retail clients
• Knowledge of trading and investment lifecycle processes including corporate actions
• Broad knowledge of major asset classes across listed and OTC markets:
  • Derivatives, Private Equity, Private Debt
• Understanding of settlement methods including DVP, Free of Cash Transfers, Repos, Securities Finance, and Collateral Management
• Experience with integration solution software products (highly preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively
