You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for channel-focused business initiatives in Santa Clara, CA.
Responsibilities
- Develop product artifacts including problem statements, personas, roadmaps, ROI/success metrics, scope, MVPs, and journey maps.
- Translate business requirements into epics and user stories while defining detailed product feature specifications.
- Navigate requirements across multiple business units to resolve dependencies and drive consensus on partner-centric priorities.
- Partner with sales operations, IT, and engineering leads to move initiatives from concept to MVP and roadmap.
- Plan and prioritize the product development backlog and work with QA to define test criteria and drive UAT.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience executing B2B channel product management activities.
- Proven experience in channel product definition, execution, and improvement.
- Expertise in creating roadmaps, ROI/success metrics, scope definitions, MVPs, and journey maps.
- Ability to identify process and policy gaps through end-user engagement and translate them into business requirements.
- Experience aligning leadership on vision, strategy, and prioritized backlogs.
- Demonstrated operational rigor and a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
- Ability to act as a primary point of contact between sales operations and IT.
