Description

You will own the development of supply chain distribution systems by translating complex business problems into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Construct use cases and user stories by working independently with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Translate ambiguous business problem statements into detailed analysis requirements.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Owner to gain user acceptance of deliverables and provide data for decision making.
• Direct vendor gap analysis and plan work products based on priority.
• Monitor sprint velocity and completion in coordination with the Scrum Master, escalating issues impacting delivery milestones.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience leading teams.
• 4+ years of experience creating detailed Business Requirement Documentation.
• Proficiency in Statistical Analysis tools.
• Experience performing Gap Analysis.
• Strong skills in Business Requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proven ability in Relationship Building with cross-functional and global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or a related analytical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business.
• Experience with agile frameworks, human-centric design, and distribution, logistics, or manufacturing projects.
