Description

Lead the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications and digital projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from inception through implementation, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead data and digital project implementations by coordinating with business sponsors, vendors, developers, and testers.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and execute corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines.
• Implement quality control processes and oversee testing to identify and resolve defects.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status and progress.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development and project management.
• Proven experience leading data and digital project implementations.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong technical knowledge of software development and integration processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management certification.
• Knowledge of Change and Incident Management processes.
