Description

You will provide project management support for Regulatory Business Critical Milestone (RBCM) initiatives within the Chief Data Office (CDO).

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple organizations.
• Deliver biweekly status reports and monthly sponsor updates.
• Maintain accurate project artifacts in the Project Tracking System (PTS) following established program standards.
• Summarize status, risks, and escalations for senior management.
• Support timely responses to Lines of Defense including Operational Risk Management, Independent Compliance Risk Management, and Internal Audit.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with data governance prioritization and sequencing.
• Knowledge of CDO organizational structures.
• Ability to provide credible challenge to project status updates.
• Experience managing milestones within a Transformation Program Office framework.
• Proficiency in risk and dependency management.
• Experience responding to Internal Audit requirements.
• Background in Operational Risk Management.
• Background in Independent Compliance Risk Management.
